Welcome, I’m Glad You’re Here

I am a licensed clinical social worker offering mental health therapy for kids, teens, and adults in Seattle, Washington. I graduated from the University of Washington School of Social Work with a specialization in mental health counseling with children and families, and I began my practice in community mental health in 2022.

I specialize in working with children and adults who have experienced complex trauma and attachment wounds. As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent clinician, I enjoy working with queer, trans, and neurodivergent clients.

In my work with children, I incorporate play therapy, sand tray therapy, and art therapy to build a safe space to process emotions. With teens and adults, we will build a trusting relationship based on a mutual understanding of your goals. My approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed; I work to understand each individual’s unique history, cultural background, and intersecting identities.

I am happy to talk more about my therapeutic approach during a free 15 minute phone consultation. I believe true healing happens through a secure therapeutic relationship, so it is important to decide which therapist will be the best fit for you or your child.
